Our Celebration of Life/Repast Package was created with compassion and intention, offering a respectful and comforting environment for families as they honor their loved one’s memory. Designed to ease the planning process, this package provides flexibility and thoughtful amenities to support you during this tender time.
Guests will experience a calm, welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating, helpful accommodations, and a layout that encourages togetherness. We strive to create a peaceful space where loved ones can gather, reflect, and celebrate a meaningful life.
The Celebration of Life/Repast Package is available for a four‑hour rental period. A $100 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date. Please note that sales taxes and processing fees are not included in the rental price.

Venue Options
- EV Ballroom $500/$125 hr. (accommodates up to 120 seated)
- Crimson Cocktail Lounge $440/$110 hr. (accommodates up to 180 seated)
- EV Social Lounge $400/$100hr. (accommodates up to 100 seated)
Rental Includes
- Access to the venue 30 minutes before the event for setup
- Event space
- Tables and chairs
- Black table linens (Ballroom Only)
- Bluetooth for music
Weekend Rentals (Friday & Saturday)
To allow adequate time to prepare for evening events, daytime events, including repasts, must conclude by 5:00 PM if an evening event is scheduled. Personal belongings must be fully removed from the venue by this time. If the venue is not completely cleared and ready for the next event by 6:00 PM, a $100 fee will be charged for each 15‑minute delay until the space is fully vacated.
Amenities
The Celebration of Life/Repast Package includes a thoughtful selection of amenities designed to create a peaceful and comforting atmosphere for families and guests. Soft background music and gentle, ambient lighting help set a serene tone, offering a warm and welcoming environment for reflection, connection, and remembrance.
To help you serve your guests efficiently, you may want to bring the following items:
- Aluminum foil or plastic wrap
- Bags (food storage, containers, trash bags)
- Chafing dishes with burners
- Cooler and ice
- Cups
- Cutlery (forks, knives, spoons)
- Dinnerware (plates, bowls)
- Hand sanitizer
- Napkins or paper towels
- Serving utensils
- Tablecloths
- Table décor (candles, flowers, etc.)
Facilities and Parking
Restrooms for men and women are provided. Private parking is available on-site, with additional street parking nearby. The event spaces are handicapped accessible.
Audio and Visual Options
Soft background music is provided to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For an additional $25 fee, guests may use the projector, projector screen, and TVs for presentations or slideshows.
Security and Support
For safety and peace of mind, the venue is equipped with a security system. An on-site manager will be available during your event for assistance and support.
