CELEBRATION OF LIFE/REPAST
The Celebration of Life/Repast Package is thoughtfully designed to provide a respectful, comforting, and welcoming environment for gatherings that honor the memory of loved ones. Created with sensitivity and care, this package offers both convenience and flexibility, ensuring families have the support they need during a difficult time.
Guests are welcomed into a serene setting with a variety of seating arrangements, amenities, and accommodations tailored to bring comfort, connection, and ease to every gathering. Our goal is to create a peaceful space where family and friends can come together, share memories, and celebrate a life well lived.
Rental Fees
The Celebration of Life/Repast Package is available for $350.00 for a four‑hour event. A $100 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date.
This package includes:
- Event space with tables and chairs
- Black table linens (Ballroom only)
- Access to the venue 30 minutes before the event for setup and preparation
- Option to purchase additional time at $100 per hour (maximum of 2 extra hours), based on space availability
Weekend Rentals (Friday & Saturday)
To allow adequate time to prepare for evening events, daytime events — including repasts — must conclude by 5:00 PM.
All guests, vendors, and personal belongings must be fully removed from the venue by this time. If the venue is not completely cleared and ready for the next event by 6:00 PM, a $100 fee will be charged for each 15‑minute delay until the space is fully vacated.
Amenities
The Celebration of Life/Repast Package includes a thoughtful selection of complimentary amenities designed to enhance comfort and convenience for both guests and event organizers.
To help you serve your guests efficiently, you may wish to bring the following items
- Aluminum foil or plastic wrap
- Bags (food storage, containers, trash bags)
- Chafing dishes with burners
- Cooler and ice
- Cups
- Cutlery (forks, knives, spoons)
- Dinnerware (plates)
- Hand sanitizer
- Napkins or paper towels
- Serving utensils
- Tablecloths
- Table décor (candles, flowers, etc.)
Facilities and Parking
Restrooms for men and women are provided. Private parking is available on-site, with additional street parking nearby. The event spaces are handicapped accessible.
Audio and Visual Options
Soft background music is provided to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For an additional $25 fee, guests may use the projector, projector screen, and TVs for presentations or slideshows.
Security and Support
For safety and peace of mind, the venue is equipped with a security system. An on-site manager will be available during your event for assistance and support.
